BACKGROUND –––––
The underdog of the airline industry and New York’s #1 darling, JetBlue has become an industry stay for its affordable fares and loyal fanbase (and yes, that includes the dissatisfied comments, but what airline doesn't get that).
To meet the demand of New Yorkers and beyond is no easy task, especially on social media; that’s where we come in.
ACTION –––––
As the Creative Co-Lead, I collaborated with the Associate Social Director and Senior Social Strategist in content creation for scheduled monthly content calendars, ad-hoc requests and evergreen content across all of JetBlue’s social channels.
Ranging from high-level content capture at JetBlue’s home base at T5 in JFK, to animations and editing to LoFi statics incorporating approved UGC.
Alongside visual deliverables, I’ve also collaborated on copywriting on-screen copy and post-caption copy, incorporating both clients’ TOV and also native social media slang (in a tasteful manner, of course).
